Purchased diet food Friday. I was nervous about this diet until I was portioning the chicken today and realized that 100 grams is actually quite a bit of chicken! I'm so excited about this whole ordeal. I hope it works...
Daily posts will include weight, measurements, and a video of me so you can see my progress. I'm pretty embarrassed about my current weight and measurements, but in order to track progress I gotta know exactly where I began right?
So...off to bed, ready for Day 1 tomorrow!!! :D
